Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the draissing.com website and of the DrAIssing app (the “service”), published by Nabil Fadel (see the legal notice).

DrAIssing helps you digitise your wardrobe, put together outfits from your own clothes based on your day, your mood and the weather, and see them on a rack, with the photos of your pieces, or worn by a model generated by artificial intelligence.

By creating your account, you accept these terms. The privacy policy explains what we do with your data.

2. Access and account

• The service is only open to adults (18 and over).
• Each account is for one person only. Provide a valid email address and keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for the use of your account, unless it results from a security failure attributable to us.
• If you think someone is using your account, change your password and let us know at contact@draissing.com.
• The service works in a recent browser, with an internet connection, at your own cost.

3. Beta and plans

• Beta. DrAIssing is under development: its features, limits and appearance may change, and errors may occur. Your feedback is welcome.
• Free plan. No commitment and no time limit. Its limits, for example the number of realistic try-ons per month, are shown in the app.
• Premium. Premium is not on sale yet, and the prices shown on the website are indicative. Closed beta testers receive six months of Premium free of charge from its activation; at the end of that period, their account returns to the free plan, at no cost. You will never be asked to pay without your agreement: when Premium becomes a paid plan, its terms of sale (price, duration, right of withdrawal, cancellation) will be presented to you and must be accepted before any payment.

4. Your content

You remain the owner of the photos, text and information you add to the app (your “content”).

You authorise DrAIssing to store it, to make the technical copies it needs (thumbnails, cut-out versions), to send it to the artificial intelligence providers listed in the privacy policy and to display it to you. This authorisation applies solely to providing the service to you, and only for as long as you use it. DrAIssing does not publish your content, does not show it to anyone else and does not use it for any other purpose.

You guarantee that you hold the rights to what you add: your own photos, or product images imported for your personal use. Do not add:

• photos of other people without their consent, or photos of children;
• content that is illegal, violent, hateful or sexual in nature.

We may remove content that is manifestly illegal or contrary to these rules. We will then tell you, no later than when it is removed, the reasons for this decision and how to challenge it, unless an authority requests otherwise. To report illegal content, follow the procedure set out in the legal notice.

5. Artificial intelligence

• Suggestions, not certainties. Item descriptions, suggested outfits and the stylist's answers are produced automatically by an AI. They may be inaccurate or ill-suited: a colour misidentified, an item misclassified, an outfit too light for the weather. Check them: you have the final say.
• AI-generated try-ons. Realistic try-ons are images created by AI. The person shown does not exist, and the items may differ from reality (colour, cut, length). They do not show exactly how a garment would look on you.
• Sharing. If you share a try-on image, say that it was generated by AI, and never present it as a real photo.
• Weather. Forecasts are provided by Open-Meteo for information only.
• Purchases. If DrAIssing ever suggests a purchase, the link will be clearly labelled, and any payment DrAIssing receives for that purchase will be disclosed.

6. Rules of use

By using DrAIssing, you agree not to:

• attempt to access another person's account or data, or to undermine the security of the service;
• get around the limits of the service, for example by creating several accounts to get extra free try-ons;
• extract content from the service by automated means or query it in bulk;
• use the service to create content that is illegal or misleading, or that breaches the usage policies of the AI providers (Anthropic, Google);
• resell the service or its results, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Intellectual property

The DrAIssing name, the logo, the text, the illustrations and the code of the service belong to the publisher. You have a personal right to use them, limited to using the service.

You may freely use, for personal purposes, the outfits and try-on images created for you, including sharing them in accordance with section 5.

8. Availability and liability

• We do our best to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance or an outage at a provider may interrupt it. Export your wardrobe regularly from your profile.
• The AI's suggestions are only there to help: the choices you make based on them remain your own.
• You are responsible for the content you add and for the way you use the service.
• Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you, in particular as a consumer.

9. Suspension and account deletion

• You can stop using DrAIssing at any time: empty your wardrobe from your profile (“Tout effacer”, Erase everything) and ask for your account to be deleted at contact@draissing.com. Deletion takes place within one month at most.
• An account that has not been used for 2 years is deleted, after we have notified you by email.
• In the event of a serious breach of these terms (illegal content, an attempt to access other people's data…), we may suspend or delete the account concerned, after informing you and giving you the opportunity to explain yourself, except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise; in all cases, we tell you the reasons for the decision and how to challenge it.
• Should DrAIssing close down, we would let you know at least 30 days in advance, to give you time to export your data.

10. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms for a valid reason: a change in the law, security, changes to the features or the launch of the paid Premium plan. Any significant change will be presented to you in the app or by email at least 30 days before it applies, and will be subject to your agreement. If you refuse it, you can export your data and delete your account, at no cost. Minor corrections that do not affect your rights apply as soon as they are published.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If a problem arises, please write to us first at contact@draissing.com: we will look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts; if you are a consumer, you may in particular bring it before the court of your place of residence. The contact details of a consumer mediator will be given here when the paid plan launches.
